Many years ago I asked myself why was I so sad, fearful, miserable, and my life was continuously a struggle while other people were so joyful? I was granted all the materialistic things to enjoy a decent and comfortable life, yet this feeling of emptiness was overwhelming. Sometimes I cried, constantly seeking the reasons for my existence, until one day I discovered the beauty of self-love through meditation and energy healing. It has unleashed my inner self for a deep self realization of my life purpose. I call it “a date with my soul” because the complete alignment with my soul, emotions, and body is simply blissful. I feel my soul whispering at me and I cannot stop falling in love with myself.
The power of Meditation
Meditation and energy healing has brought the sheer amount of joy which has allowed me to live gloriously and navigate through the obstacles elegantly in every sphere of life: health, relationship, financial, career. I was only 17 years when I had this breakthrough in my life. In this process, there is a miraculous curative force that liberates me and since then, my soul is hungry to serve other souls using different holistic healing modalities. With this in mind, Karuna Soul Kit (KSK) was created.
